5 Generations to Connect to, Relate to, Work with and Enjoy!

The point and outcome of this session is to connect and relate to all 5 generations by sincerely having each individual person/client’s interests at heart. To inspire and ignite their aspirations and break through any limitations. How to help understand one another and cohesively work together in achieving the best goals, relationships, and work experiences.
Understanding the 5 Generations in our world:
Generation Z (The Botters)
Millennials (The Bridgers)
Generation X (The Busters)
Boomers (The Boomers)
Post War/WWII (The Builders)

Each generation references nearly 20 years of attitude, motivations and historical events, plus personal life experiences and circumstances.
Learn who they are and what they want to achieve Utilize their talents Discover and ignite their motivation
Dispel Commons Stereotypes (Societally or self-imposed)
Become aware of unconscious bias Discover the individuality of each person/client Understand Agism
Meeting People/Clients Where They Are – Taking an individualistic approach
Meet people/clients in their “Only-ness” That spot in the world where only they stand. Connecting to their “Only-ness” engages the person vs. a generation or stage in life Respecting and valuing our uniqueness within our generational differences Navigating multigenerational client base by finding common space
The goal is to reach people in a way that is relevant to their stage of life. Have a joyful curiosity because that’s where the joyful diversity and inclusion occurs!

In this fascinating and inspiring session, you will learn how to:

• Be more authentic and inclusive in your diverse relationships
• Inspire your clients to achieve greater results by meeting them where they are
• Discover the importance of leaning the “Only-ness” of those you serve
(Only-ness meaning who they uniquely are deep within and how you can help)
• Inspire and ignite meaningful, positive change
• Challenge yourself to find the “Only-ness” in your individual relationships
• How to meet people where they are and how they show up that day
• Break through conscious and unconscious generational stereotypes
• Include, inspire, and ignite!

Please note that this presentation can be adapted to speak to Diversity and Inclusion in a broader sense, as well the Generation Differences program outlined here. I have noticed in fitness all ages, races, religions, LGBTQ orientations and backgrounds have an “Only-ness” that can be included, inspired, and ignited to be healthier and happier through personalize fitness programs that have a greater awareness of Diversity and Inclusion.
