There are 4 areas of Emotional Intelligence:
Self-awareness – How am I feeling?
Self-Management – How am I reacting?
Social Awareness – Appropriate boundary setting.
Relationship Management – How well am I relating, leading, and connecting?

Leadership Roles
There are 14 important roles in 3 categories to understand and learn as leaders:
Category 1 – Solution Seekers
Category 2 – Helpers
Category 3 – Blockers

Unity and Respect
Take time to understand and respect one another.
To serve to the best of your ability – Raising the bar.
Discover how to motivate yourself and others.
Learn how to communicate and connect with compassion.
Lead with greater confidence, empathy, integrity, and impact

This EQ leadership program is custom designed for optimum effectiveness to add greater value to your professional development plans. It provides useful immediately applicable tools to enhance skills. It can be taught in one module, or for a more thorough understanding, two sessions held 30-60 days apart. Each module can be 60-90 minutes in length. The same session can be delivered a multitude of times if needed for coverage.
